In the absence of such figures, the function of Head of Security is delegated to the oldest Member present at the camp.
BEHAVIOR AT THE FLYING FIELD

Lying within the model airplane pilots flying area must always avoid interfering with the flight activities of the other members present at the club track especially in the landing and takeoff.
It must be always avoided any dangerous exhibitionism. Even the most skilled pilot and close-knit with his model may run into accidents per accident or reckless behavior of another person.
All aircraft must be constructed to a level such as to offer guarantees of safety in normal conditions, especially as regards the control surfaces and their fixing (hinges, brackets, referrals, etc.).
The models must be controlled by the owner in each part before each launch and after any particularly heavy landing, with particular regard to the mounting of engines and propellers and to the operation of the control devices.
Fronts to the propellers of motor models (warheads, nuts, etc.) Should be rounded (radius not less than 4 mm). The muzzle of gliders radio-controlled models must have a radius of curvature of not less than 7.5 mm.
should not be used metal or damage to propellers, and particular attention should be for those for high-speed engines, which must be of a construction such as to offer sufficient guarantees of robustness. In any case avoid that there are people nearby, especially with the face, to the propeller rotation plane (or helicopter rotors) whose blades, in case of breaking, can be projected with considerable violence by centrifugal force;
The ballast must be fixed in an appropriate way, that they can not even be accidentally dropped. A possible specially releasable ballast must be secure nature, for example water or sand;
Do not fly in poor lighting conditions;
Do not let gasoline, glues, paints or other toxic and / or flammable products where children or other viewers can appropriate it;
All internal combustion engines must be equipped with an efficient silencer, in any way must not exceed the sound emission of 87 decibels measured five meters away.
The new models, and those who have undergone substantial changes need to be tested in hours and days that would ensure minimal presence of spectators and air traffic.
The rodaggi engine must be carried out by banks and away from the steering area to avoid dazzling.
All Members are required to maintain decent and clean the airfield does not get dirty with papers, and various waste meadow and club fixtures. If you use the antitermica device fuse, always use a terminal in which the tube has to be inserted the fuse.
Antitermica control the system, the self-timer, and other devices before each launch.
For loading the model coil elastic, especially F1 B, use a safety belt to prevent the loading device can escape from the hands of those who actuates it.
E 'recommended that all models are fitted with a label indicating the name, surname, address and telephone number of the owner.
RADIO CONTROLLED MODEL AIRCRAFT
On arrival at the flying field, if you have a different frequency from 2.4 GHz, it is essential to write it down on the appropriate billboard remembering to cancel it when you leave the track; if there is a doubt that the frequency to be used is already occupied or close to that of another, also avoid to turn on their transmitter, until the situation is clarified.
Before you start flying you should make sure that there are no radio interference in the receiving area and turning on the transmitter with the antenna retracted and moving away from the model to verify the answer; if there are reasonable doubts about it is better to give up flying.
Before each flight controls should be checked with the engine off and running at full capacity. If there is any doubt about their efficiency avoid flying.
With a new model, or with new or repaired radio, it is essential to an accurate ground control consisting in repeated verification of the functionality of all controls and verification of the reach of radio controls, which must always be higher than the model of the visibility limit.
The aeromodellers students should not fly without the assistance of an experienced helper, especially in the presence of spectators.
Always keep well in view the model and leave plenty of space between it and the spectators, parking areas and other flying models.
The turn after take-off must be carried out in the direction away from the audience and from the parking areas.
The whole flight, and particularly aerobatic maneuvers must be carried out over the airfield at a safe distance from spectators.
Avoid being over spectators or parking areas during landing; in case of need to try to maintain a minimum safe altitude.
The winches for launching gliders must be positioned in the longitudinal direction of the track and in any case so it does not interfere with the take-off and landing spaces of the other aircraft.
All drivers (engines, gliders and electric) once the launch or take-off must stand for driving in a single set of pilot point of common agreement among the club members. E 'absolutely forbidden to drive the models being distant from each other and in particular stationed in areas intended for the flight. Pilots can leave the area only to prepare for landing and only after having communicated their intentions to other pilots.

Anyone who wants to learn to fly an RC model will join the club and make the request to the Executive Council who will then assign it to one or more "Tutor", who will advise him and follow him in all the early stages as theoretical instruction, buying a model of a radio, construction, development, education to the pilot.
Especially for the first flights should be avoided times when it is expected higher turnout of drivers devoting the school possibly a weekday when the turnout is low.
